AJ Srubas is a twin cities based musician specializing in old time, bluegrass, Cajun, and country music.
AJ picked up a fiddle at age 10 and hasn’t put it down since, though in his spare time he is also a very capable pedal steel player. He keeps busy performing, teaching, and recording in the midwest and beyond. You can read more about his musical background here. More on musical projects, taking lessons, studio, session, and recording work below.
“AJ’s fiddle playing is exquisite – so precise and detailed, yet clear.”
— Old Time News (UK)
“Srubas is a big Kenny Baker fan and a student of his work and it clearly shows. His playing is smooth and effortless.”
